I made these cookies exactly as the recipe says! I am VERY disapointed in them they stick to the wax paper even after all night in the ice box & they are very soft??? Who wants a cooke=ie(& I use that term loosley) that sticks to their fingers?

I like making no-bake cookies for the same reasons I like making fudge: no baking time, little mess, great taste. Most no-bake cookie and fudge recipes involve one big saucepan on the stove top and a few measuring cups, so clean up is quick and easy. Also, there's no worrying about oven temperature or baking times.

I also felt I needed to give this book a chance and try a couple recipes, since I was pretty brutal about it not having my mom's no-bake cookie recipes. But, since I've found my mom's recipes, I'm glad because that means there are more recipes in this book to try.
